We had such a great time in New Orleans. No flight delays and the weather was great with just a little rain overnight the first night we were there, so no impact to the visit. Otherwise it was sunny and warm, but similar in temperature and humidity to KC. The hotel was wonderful and the breakfasts were comped. I'm attaching photos of the view from the hotel room. We are very pleased. Thanks again.
Karen New Orleans Aug 2017
Dear Karen, We're so glad you didn't have any ill effects from the hurricane. We were keeping a close eye on it. Sounds like you had a perfect second honeymoon. Many more honeymoons!
Thanks so much! We had a great time on the Bermuda trip! Thanks for all of your help and for the extra credit!! We enjoyed our company and know why they trust you with all things travel!!
Thank you Valerie. I'm so glad you had a great time on your Celebrity cruise to Bermuda. You were traveling with very nice people, so it was a foregone conclusion that you'd have a great time. Besdies that, the Summit is a great ship to be on.
Thank you for your business!
We had a great time on the cruise. Our goal was to relax and we were loving the spa 3 hours a day. It was awesome, both our favorite part of the vacation. Everything was very nice, good food, restaurant experiences, entertainment, casino, looking throught the shops, enjoying the artwork throughout the ship and the daily activities. We were both thrilled they even had a daily and midnight mass for Christmas. The only negative, and this doesn't reflect on you in anyway, our excursion got messed up because the ship couldn't dock in Foulmouth Jamaica, we ended up docking on the other side of the island and was late morning before we got there. We ended up canceling and elected not to get off for fear we wouldn't return on time. No big deal.
You did a very good job in preparing us which cut back on my anxiety. I was probably nauseous 95% fo the time but not enought to ruin my time. We both wore the sea bands the entire time and I took Dramamine and chewed ginger gum whin I needed to. Lol.
Thank you for everything.
Happy New Years!
December 2016, Caribbean, Holland America Cruise
What a thrill it was to hear what a good time you had. Since this was your first cruise, I'm glad it was beyond what you hoped for. I hear through the grape vine that you're family is thinking of planning another cruise with more family members.
I can hardly wait to help you with that. I know you'll enjoy it as much as your first endeavor!
Happy New Year to you and your family!
All went well! The question abut the transfers was actually in the vouchers, had I read them...There was no problem as Sandals has a very systematic operation coming and going. They knew as much about our connections as we did.
Our room was excellent and we were advised that we were given an upgrade for some reason, and I do not know from what to what, but it didn't matter! Mary Ann wants to go back, and wants the swim out room to the lagoon. We spent as much time in the lagoon as we did in the ocean which was also warm and calm. The rains were nearly daily, lasted about 10 minutes and did not disrupt our lives.
We ate a great deal and will make up for our gluttony over the next few weeks, or months...Shocked to realize that Thanksgiving is here! More gluttony...
We had a great trip. The only negative is the flight time, but the trip was worth it. The Global Entry is fantastic! We passed entire herds of travelers entering Miami customs. The kiosk to go through is very simple even though my finger prints are difficult for the machine to read. TSA precheck is also very nice to bypass those unforunate masses! I feel for them, but am still very happy to bypass them! A great trip! Now we have to get ourselves ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas and ready for New Zealand and Australia! We hope the island is't too shaken!
Thanks for your assistance andhave a great holiday! Looking forward to the next trip!
Nov. 2016 Sandals Barbados
Dear David and Mary Ann,
It's always a pleasure to work with you and hear about your lovely vacation when you return. I'm so happy to hear that the Sandals resort was all that you had hoped for. I'm sure your New Zealand and Australia will be as wonderful. You are true adventurers!
The trip was fantastic. Viking is a top notch company. They spoil
you with the service and guided tours were staffed with knowledgeable
A few things of note. I believe Linda and I booked too many side
tours which were all good but limited our time to explore on our own.
If folks are out going and adventurous, I would recommend doing the
walking city tours in morning with Viking then doing your own thing.
By extending our trip to Prague it limited our time in Budapest
because of the 7 1/2 hour bus ride between destinations. I would
probably recommend if someone wants to extend then extend your trip at
the final boat departure thereby maximizing your time.
That being said, Prague was the crown jewel of the trip. Our personal
tour guide "Dagmar" was fantastic. At our direction she deviated from
the normal places of interest because the Viking Walking tour covered
most things. We got to see other sites/places of the city not covered
in the Viking tour. We also integrated the pub crawl which made the
entire day very enjoyable.
Linda & John
Viking River Cruise (Sept. 2016)
Dear Linda and John,
I'm so happy to hear that you had a good time. I'm glad you were 'spoiled' by Viking. You were on a great itinerary.
Thank your for your insights regarding the Viking side tours. I'll be sure to mention that to my other river cruise travelers. When Bill and I were on our Viking cruise, we only made one side tour, and that was in Vienna to attend a symphony.
I agree, Prague was the crown jewel of our trip also. It truly was my favorite, with Budapest coming in second. I'm glad Dagmar worked out for you. I love having private tours, and we do whenever possible. You can cover so much more ground and see the things you want to see without being in a big crowd and moving along like cattle.
I will be publishing your review on my webpage. So I appreciate your remarks. They will for sure help my other clients make good decisions on their travels.
Looking forward to hearing from you for your next adventure. You were wonderful to work with the first time, with your family group going to Ireland, and this time also, on your European trip. So you're next trip will be to England, Scotland and Wales, and the chunnel to Paris! I'm looking forward to helping you plan that trip also!
My friends and I have just returned from our vacation in Quebec City, Canada. It was just as you said, like a vacation in France. There was so much to see and do. Booking the excursions prior to the start was the best choice, what didn’t begin at the hotel was all within walking distance of our hotel. 5 days was just enough to capture the ambience of the city, learn a few words in French, see the sites, visit the country side and even do shopping, lots of shopping.
Thank you for the recommendation to retreat to Quebec, it was truly enjoyable
Dear Claire, Ro, RoseMarie and Mary,
I'm so happy to hear that you had an enjoyable time in Quebec. I enjoy working with you ladies, you are a lot of fun. Quebec is one of my favorite places to visit and your visit there has made me long to return soon.
Vacation was terrific!
We arrived in Dublin on Saturday morning to a beautiful sunny day which set the weather tone for the vacation. We did see rain starting Wednesday I think but it was more like a drizzle and never steady ... just intermittent, and only when we are on the bus.
The gentleman who met our plain with the wheelchair for my Mom was wonderful. He actually took my Mom, me, and one of my sisters right up to the customs window and we were through it immediately. It did not take long for the rest of the party to get through customs. We finally met up with Tony and he went to go to the bus while the gentleman with the wheelchair led us out to where the buses park. It was a cinch getting through once we found Tony. :-)
We got a good overview of Ireland, though, I feel we tried to do too much in one visit. :-) At some point in the future, a few of us will be going back to spend a few more days in Dublin as well as some time in Galway. We had a great city guide in both Dublin, her name was Mary, as well as in Galway, his name I think was Brian (correct me family if I am wrong). The Galway guide gave us wonderful information about the Lynch family and castle.
I had no particular favorite as I enjoyed all parts of Ireland that we saw. I think one of the favorites of my adventurous family members was the Cliffs of Mohr. A few of them paid no heed to the sign "travel at your own risk from this point forward" and continued on. They got some great pictures, but I think they were crazy! LOL
I would love to spend more time at Blarney castle to explore the grounds. Mom and I did not venture to the top to kiss the Blarney stone. All other family members made the climb, but they all did not kiss the stone.
We chose to do the Dingle tour. Again, the scenery is just out of this world. Ireland is one beautiful country.
It was a wonderful vacation that was enhanced by Tony and his knowledge of Ireland. He also had a great sense of humor! Could not have asked for a better tour guide!
Travel back to the US was so easy! Tony dropped us at the Shannon airport at just the right time. And, going through customs in Ireland made the arrival back in Philadelphia so much easier! We could not believe how fast we got through the airport!
Thank you so much for taking the time to plan our trip! It is a memory of a lifetime! :-)
Carty Family Customized Charffeured Family Tour of Ireland July 2016
Dear Carty Family,
It was my pleasure and honor to work with you to create such a memoriable vacation experience for you. You were all such a pleasure to work with and I loved the excitement and enthusiasm you all felt for the trip. Ireland is a lot to try to take in in only 8 days, and its so hard to leave when the time comes. You truly only scratched the surface. But I hear you when you say you're planning to go back and take a deeper look at some of the places you went to. We're happy to hear that your chauffeur/guide Tony was all you could have hoped for. Having a chauffeur truly enhances the experience, when you're in a new environment.
Thank you for choosing JAS Travel for your adventure. I look forward to working with you again in the future.
All the best,
-Good Morning Jeannie,
Yes we are back and now I need a vacation from my vacation! We all had such a great time. Thank you for all the preparation and planning for us. Thank you also for the goodies, we enjoyed them when we boarded. At first I was overwhelmed with the crowd but when things settled down after the first night all went well. We had a wonderful first night's dinner together and a surprise cake (thank you again). With no expectations of dining together every night I am happy to say we did meet most nights and did more activities as a group then I thought we would. There was something for everyone on that ship. The staff , food, service, friendliness and cleanliness was optimum. The only complaint was that the pool area was too crowded and not enough lounge chairs for all the guests. It didn't bother us as we couldn't really sit with the kids activity. Bermuda of course was gorgeous. We went to the beach, snorkeled, shopped and lunched in Hamilton. Some rented mopeds and explored while others went to the spa or caught up on Bermuda history at the forts. Ralph and I took the grandkids to cirque de sole and attended the other shows as well. All in all it was a successful vacation with a lot of sibling bonding. It makes a mom and dad's heart overflow with happiness. Now time to think about the next get away!!
Thank you again.
July 19, 2016
We're back home from Sandals Barbados. The resort was compact, but gorgeous. The food was phenomenal. Butch's Chophouse is the restaurant that everyone raved about. You must have a reservation to get in, and wear pants and shoes, it is not informal. The service at the bars suffered because they generally had one bartender assigned to each bar. The beach was terrible. One day I complained to management. They are experiencing a seaweed problem that makes getting into the water impossible. Not to mention the odor of sewage we had to endure due to the seaweed. They are currently construcing a break wall to aid the problem. Construction that woke us up everyday at 7AM. The entertainment was nowhere close to Negril. The spa was terrible as well. Seems like they are still trying to find their identity.
LeRoy Marshall (Sandals Barbados, August 2015)
Thank you for your observations. Sandals Barbados is a new resort and I'm sure they're working out their kinks. I'm sorry you experienced so many downers. The seaweed problem has been a problem all over the Caribbean, Cancun, Puerto Rico and most beaches are affected. The smell has been described as rotting eggs. They believe it is due to unusually hot weather. They're been raking seaweed off the beaches all over the Caribbean. Thank you for the information on the resort, it is very valuable to me since I have not been able to get to that resort yet.
I have registered your complaints with Sandals and I'm sure they will take action to improve where possible. The seaweed, that's up to God! I will keep you informed when I get a response from Sandals about the construction noise, bars and spa. Sandals wants to keep you as satisified clients, and so do I.
Thank you for your business,
We recently went on a Mississippi River Cruise with the American Queen Steamboat Company. While we could have booked the trip ourselves, we are extremely happy we used Jeannie to book our trip. She was able to secure the room location we wanted and made sure we were able to get our pre-excursion tour without a problem. When there was a chance the itinerary might change, she was on the phone getting the details. She reassured us the issue would be resolved, and it was. Speaking of on the phone, when I called AQSC, customer service wouldn't answer my question since I used a travel agent. One call to Jeannie and my issue was resolved within the hour!
On this trip, because the Mississippi was too high, we were diverted to a different ending city. While it took a few days for the AQSC to resolve our transfers to the returning airport, Jeannie wa a phone call away to intervene, if we didn't get this resolved (we did).
Lastly, when we got back, we told Jeannie all about our adventure and mentioned about a hotel problem we had in Memphis. Jeannie contacted AQSC and we were reimbursed for our troubles....money we're using for our next trip she's doing for us.
Larry and Cathy (August 4, 2015 American Queen Steamship Company)
Dear Larry and Cathy,
Thank you for your kind testmonial. As always, I enjoy working with you whether you're on one of your Viking Cruises, your Nashville trip, your Hawaii cruise, or this lovely American Queen cruise. Having knowledgeable clients, clients who know much about travel, and still see the value of a travel consultant makes my work easier and more rewarding. So as we continue forward, planning your next vacation, I thank you for your business and the friendship and trust that has grown from it.
We are back and everything went great! As usual Club Mobay was wonderful upon our arrival and departure. The Club Mobay lounge we waited in before leaving was even expanded. It must be getting more popular! Once arriving at Sandals Royal Caribbean we were immediately relaxed. Our room was ready right away and we were able to begin our relaxing vacation as soon as we got there. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the walkout room right on the beach. We laid low for the week and just did lots of beach, pool and restaurants. We scheduled massages as soon as we arrived to take advantage of the credit we had. The massages went well. Sandals is expanding the spa and it was under construction. It was small compared to the spa at Sandals Negril, so I'm anxious to see what they do to make it bigger. We made reservations at both the Royal Thai restaurant on the private island and The Jardinier french restaurant. We really enjoyed the Jardinier for dinner and breakfast on more than one occasion. We took the shuttle to Sandals Montego Bay one night for dinner on the beach at Stewfish. It reminded us of our favorite restaurant at Sandals Negril and we really enjoyed it. Overall the trip was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The flight in and out was easy. With your help, we definately would like to go back to Jamaica in the future! Mabye make it Ocho Rios and Dunes River Falls!
On a side note, two unexpected, but wonderful things occured when departing in Montego Bay. First. when checking our bags, the line was very long, but an employee at the airport must have noticed I was pregnant and took us out of the long line and moved us to the special service line which only had one guest waiting in front of us. A little perk compliments of Baby Doyle! Also, when we were enjoying our time in the Club Mobay lounge before departing, we were paged to the front desk. Kevin went to see what was going on and we were complimentary bumped up to first class!! We have no idea why or how it happened, but we just took the amazing seats and enjoyed the flight home. It was quite the experience! Probably ruined us for future flights through! Haha!
As always, thank you for all your help and assistance in planning the perfect trip for us before the arrival of Baby Doyle. Usually we get very stressed before a vacation, but this time we had no worries! Everything was set up and ready to go perfectly by you! Thank you for all that you do and we will be sure to contact you when we are ready to plan our next vacation. Enjoy the rest of the summer and we hope to see you soon!
Love, Taryn and Kevin (August 1, 2015 Sandals Royal Caribbean, Jamaica)
Dear Taryn and Kevin,
As always, I love hearing about your experiences on your vacations. It makes me feel so good to know that what I planned for you, had the outcome you hoped for, and more! I wish I could say that I arranged your wonderful airport surprises, but truly, I don't know how it happened either. I'm just so happy that those good experiences were yours and it made a great vacation, even greater!!!! I'm thinking God was looking after you, and saying thank you, for all the service that you and Kevin give to the community. Perhaps it's Karma.
We look forward to hearing about the birth of Baby Doyle and the pictures that will follow.
The trip was wonderful! the hotel was really nice and in a GREAT location to the trains, and buses to the mountain. The food was tasty, although our first few meals 'went right through us' if you know what I mean. We ate a few of the nights we were in Zermatt. While the hotel food was good, it wasn't life changing or anything, so we went exploring. Had to try the local goods.
Our travel by plane, train, etc, was all very easy to navigate, with the instructions you gave us (gotta love those Swiss trains!) We had no issues getting around, everything was as you explained. It was so nice to not have to worry about the details since you did that for us!
Milan was great, we went on a tour of the Duomo and we took in a Mozart opera at La Scala. Really crammed in some good stuff in the few hours we were there. We saw Lucio Silla, not one of Mozart's popular shows. The talent was AMAZING, and the show was great - the story line was a little weak. But it was such an experience, and just listening to those voices..I had cold chllls at the end of every Aria. I was a vocal performance major when I first started college before I transferred to architecture, so it was quite the event for me.
The only hiccup was the flight from Milan to Zurich. Plane traffic, and then a gas cap not being tightened cause us to be delayed. We had to haul ass to get through customs and then to our flight once we got to Zurich, but we made it just in time. But that's travel for ya!
All in all, we had nothing but good things to say about our trip, and we have recommended you to a few of our friends.
Thanks again Jeannie.
Katy and Devon Rafferty (Skiing honeymoon in Zermatt, Switzerland, March 2015)
You made my day! There is nothing I love better then hearing that you had a good experience. I'm glad to have been a help to you, planning your honeymoon. You should not have to sweat the details when you're on vacation. You should just go and enjoy it! Thank you for recommending me to your friends. That's how I do business, by word of mouth.
I look forward to working with you again. It was my pleasure!
We arrived home from Ireland January 4th and wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time! From the moment we landed it was perfect. It was organized flawlessly, thanks to you, we were successful in all we set out to accomplish. The trip had just the right amount of city and local flair!
One of the best things you could have arranged for us was our car and driver. Tony was great! We got to experience so much more than we anticipated when he brought us to New Ross. New Ross is in between Kilkenny and Waterford. Home of the JFK memorial and a model/tour of a replica ship that brought the arise immigrants to America. The town is just outside where JFK's grandfather was from. There is also a small gift shop with photos/ tribute to Irish Americans. It was cool...Tony's idea to go. He also took use to 16th century ruins and cemetary. We loved it! We also went to the biggest waterfall in Ireland, near Powers Court.
While I can't speak for everyone, Ireland was certainly my favorite part of the trip. Having a few pints with the locals was especially fun. London was nice, but in the end just another city. However Westminster Abbey was awesome! Shannon and Colin went on the "eye," and loved it.
Thank you so much for organizing such a wonderful trip for us. There is no doubt that I will be contacting you for my next venture (it's possible that I could be going back to Ireland this summer...I loved it that much!). I would highly recommend you to anyone making plans to travel. You are awesome!
All the best,
Beth (Ireland and London, Dec 2014-Jan 2015)
Dear Beth, Thank you for the lovely letter about your vacation to Ireland. It was our pleasure to work with you and your group of 8. Ireland is one of my favorite places to visit and I love sending people there to experience Ireland and mostly, its warm, friendly people. I loved hearing about New Ross. It's someplace I haven't been, but now, it'll be on my list of places to visit in Ireland.
Just wanted to update you about our trip before you head out for your trip!
We had a wonderful time in Italy! Everything worked out great and we had no problems at all. I thought traveling to another country would be difficult, but you made it very easy, organized and enjoyable. We can't wait to plan our next trip with you, again!
The Best Western Art Deco in Rome was exactly what we needed in Rome. It was on the small side, but in a good location and clean. We didn't spend much time at the hotel other then sleeping, so it worked out good. The Hotel Continental in Sorrento was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was gorgeous and the amenities were very nice. We enjoyed getting a few hours at the pool each day after our excursions.
The excursions were all really good. The guides were very knowledgeable and nice. The 'skip the line' was worth it for each tour. The Colosseum was my favorite tour. We had access to the underground and the top of the Colosseum. Definitely worth the money. Since we didn't do an excursion to Capri we took the ferry to the island, had lunch and took a small boat tour. It was a nice afternoon and the views were beautiful.
All of the transfers and the train rides were so easy as well. Everyone was on time and got us to and from our destinations with ease. The drivers for the transfers even shared some information about Italy and the sites as we were driving. The cars were all nice Mercedes too!
Overall, it was a great anniversary trip and we enjoyed Italy very much! If you have any questions about parts of our trip, please feel free to ask! Enjoy your trip and we hope to see you guys soon :)
Taryn and Kevin August 9, 2014
Dear Taryn and Kevin,
It was my pleasure to arrange your anniversary trip, after arranging your honeymoon vacation! We're so happy that you enjoyed Italy. Rome is a treasure trove of culture, history and beauty! And the Amalfi Coast! How beautiful to be there! How could you miss? I made a point of letting my contacts in Italy know that you are special, like family to us, and to take good care of you. It sounds like they did!
We look forward to getting together with you, when we return from our Viking River Cruise. We want to see all your pics and hear all about your adventures.
See you soon,
We've been home from our cruise for a few weeks now and we didn't want to let anymore time pass without thanking you for all your help. As you know, this was our fifth cruise. You've always been there for us. You've always patiently answered all our questions (no matter how silly or how many times we asked!) You're always there to make a wonderful vacation smooth and worry-free! Thank you again and we'll see you next cruise!!!!
By the way, Bermuda was great (the only bad thing was we had to come back!!!)
Virginia and Tim
Celebrity Summit, June 2014
Thank you Virginia and Tim! I spoke to Tim not long after your return and he expressed the same feeling, he didn't want to come back. That says a great deal for the quality of your Celebrity Summit cruise. I know how you feel, I love Celebrity just as much!
The only silly question, is the question not asked! So ask away!! I look forward to helping you plan next year's cruise.
Many thanks for organizing and then reorganizing our trip to Maui. All connections went smoothly and on time! We came home very relaxed, a little tan and a little heavier than when we left-signs of a successful vacation.
Hope to work with you again soon!
Mary Ann and David Styer (Hawaii March 2014)
You are so welcome! It was a pleasure working with such lovely people as you. I am very happy that your travel plans ended up convenient for you, with us having to reschedule your flights and hotel accommodations with the impending snow storm. I am looking forward to working with you on your next adventure.
We want to thank you for all you did for Kathy and I in helping arrange our recent cruise to the Caribbean. It was great! The fact that you just about handled all the ins and outs made life a lot easier for us. The advice you gave us concerning on board charges, gratuities and shore excursions was very helpful. We both agree, Kathy and I, that your travel agency is the one we will be using for all our future travel and willl not hesitate to recommend your agency to family and friends.
Once again, thank you,
Kathy and Charlie (RCCL Jan, 2014)
I wanted to thank you so much for making our honeymoon to Sandals in Whitehouse so amazing! We loved everything about the entire place! We especially loved that you made the process effortless. We aren't seasoned travelers and this whole experience went flawlessly. You were even available when we had a luggage issue which was extremely helpful!
We can't say enough about Club Mobay! When we arrived in Jamaica there was a lady waiting with our names on a card and she bypassed us through every long line and straight to a gorgeous area where we had cold drinks and yummy snacks. The Club Mobay ladies and men were wonderful and stayed with us until we boarded our bus to the resort.
Sandals was wonderful, Club Mobay was fantastic, and working with you was a dream! I can't imagine traveling without your help! When we travel in the future you will be the first person we call. Thanks again for everything! You helped us have the honeymoon of our dreams!
All our best,
Staci and Jeff Gross (1-27-14 Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica)
Thank you Staci for your lovely letter. We love hearing from our clients about their vacations! We also just returned from Jamaica. We couldn't believe the long lines, seemed like a mile long, for the Security Checkpoint, for the return home at MBJ Airport. But, we had our Club Mobay reservations and so we fast tracked through the Security Lines and relaxed in Club Mobay before our flight. Bliss! We look forward to working with you again. It was our pleasure and you are a delightful couple!
Everything was wonderful! The flights were easy business. It didn't rain in Venice while we were there which was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, easy to find and quick to everything. The staff was very friendly, we had a pleasant experience there. The train to Rome was great, comfortable, I really would love to travel by train more often :). We had great views and it was very relaxing.
Rome was everything we wished for! and more. Annamaria is a wonderful person, and she has been studying her English. That concerned me a bit, prior to getting there, but she is getting pretty good. We didn't even have to use the cheat sheet. I would tell people in the future that she speaks enough English to get by. Some of the cabs couldn't find her B&B that easily, even with the GPS.
But we just walked most of the time, so it worked out great. Annamaria's B&B had good accomodations, but no breakfast..that we saw anyway :). She had some store bought pre-packaged pastries..maybe that was it. But we had a nice room, and very comfortable.
All the tours were great, I need to leave good feedback for them. It was a very wonderful trip...this year I'm thinking either Ireland or London/Paris...most likely Ireland, though I'll let you know. Thank you for all your help with everything. It was wonderful.
Kristyn and Tom
(Venice and Rome during Christmas and New Year, 2013)
We both wanted to express our appreciation for the care and service you provided during our vacation. When we had 'bump' in the road, you smoothed it out in one call and relieved any anxiety we had.
We really enjoyed the vacation and we thank you for taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next try.
Cathy and Larry May 2013
All we can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We had an absolutely amazing honeymoon at Sandals in Negril, Jamaica! You were great helping us plan the perfect honeymoon vacation. You hit the nail on the the head and found us exactly what we were looking for. Negril was breathtaking! The beaches were georgeous and that was exactly what we had asked you to find us! We wanted a relaxing, low maintenance trip and that was what Sandals offered. We loved the resort. The staff at Sandals was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The food was beyond delicious! We made it to every restaurant on the resort and the food just kept getting better. The beachfront view from our balcony room was so nice. The best surprise was Club Mobay! What a treat that was! We fast tracked right through immigration and enjoyed the VIP Lounge with drinks, food, televisions and more! We have already recommended you to numerous friends and family and can't wait to work with you again when planning our next vacation!
Thank you again!
Taryn and Kevin (August 27, 2013, Sandals, Negril)
Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time! The semi-private tour of Rome was by far, one of the best tours of the trip. I highly recommend it to everyone! Not so impressed with the Novotel though. Service was slow, and the staff was not so kind to the other travelers in front of us in line. Also, there was absolutely nothing around, would recommend people fly out of Limpensa? Milan I think. All around an outstanding time!! Thank you so much for everything and hopefully we will be off again soon! Hope you also had a wonderful time in Austria! We flew over the Alps and everything looked amazing! Thank you again, so much.
Robyn and Denis August 2012
Thank you so much for all the work you did to make our wedding and vacation happen. It was everything we had hoped it would be. We loved having all of our family with us to share in our special day!
Selina and Julio Nov. 2012
We want to thank you for providing us with a wonderful vacation...a once in a lifetime vacation! Although, we hope not. I can't wait to have you plan our next adventure.
Your expertise and knowledge as a travel agent rescued us from our attempts to do this on our own, and you were able to straighten out the mess we were making of it!! Your thoughtfulness and generosity was appreciated on our cruise. We toasted you with the champagne you so thoughtfully provided us with. From the flights, to the hotels and the cruise itself, everything was perfect. Our location in Rome was so convenient to everything and our B&B hotess AnnaMaria was wonderful. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail....Again, "Grazie."
Kathy and Charlie July 2012
I want to thank you for the wonderful job that you did for me. I started off asking you one or two questions about Rome and our conversation lasted a few weeks. I appreciate your patience with my indecision and my frequent changing of plans. Since my daughter is living in Rome, her study abroad and internsip programs, made the planning of visiting Rome with my son a little more challenging.
Your expertise and knowledge of the cities of Rome and Venice, attractions, lodging and restaurants was a tremendous help in planning my trip. Your suggestions of buying the tickets for the train and attractions in advance were a time saver.
The B&B Famagosta in Rome, was a perfect distance from the Vatican and Anna Maria was a gracious hostess. The accommodations, price and location, was just what I wanted. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
Thanks again for your ongoing assistance in planning my trip. I plan to use your services again and I will definitely recommend your travel agency to family and friends.
Nancy Kelly April 2012
Jeannie Schlameuss has organized many different types of trips for me. Throughout all my dealings with her, I noted a great attention to detail. She is willing to make sure I don't make any of the travel errors that I might be prone to doing, but because of her vigilance, I escaped doing. She goes where I call, "the extra mile": when there are unusual circumstances, resulting from tragedy or natural disaster. When directing group trips, she provides for truly the best available service for everyone and is always helping to keep the cost within the budget of travelers. Thank you Jeannie, for your professional spirit in the business of travel.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have known Jeannie Schlameuss for many years and she has always impressed me for being kind and caring. She brings those same qualities to her job as a travel agent. Jeannie is very pleasant, congenial and always responsive to all of my frequent questions concerning our bookings or even speculative travel plans.
When my husband and I encountered a last minute problem that interfered with our travel plans, Jeannie was continuously in communication with us by telephone, text and email, despite the fact that she was out of the state on a well-deserved vacation.
As a result of Jeannie's vast knowledge, her unparalleled work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, my husband and I have had the pleasure of experiencing many wonderful vacations with memories we shall always cherish.
It is for the qualities stated above, that it is without reservation that I highly recommend that your enlist Jeannie Schlameuss as your travel agent.

We just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all your help and hard work that went into planning our trip over to see Allison. As you know, this was our first trip to Europe and knowing you covered all the bases put our minds at ease. We appreciate your patience! The entire family had a fantastic time, as we made many happy memories together. Thank you also for the bottle of champagne and the ship board credit. That was very generous of you. We toasted you on our 1st. night! From start to finish, the trip went so smoothly.
Jeannie we can't wait to book our next adventure with you. Thanks again for everything.
